Business Development Professional Franco Puentes Joins Cardno’s Houston Office
Houston, TX – Cardno is pleased to announce that Franco Puentes has joined the firm as a Business Development Manager in the company’s Houston, TX, USA office. Franco has more than 16 years of experience delivering complex projects across the commercial, residential, healthcare, and oil & gas sectors.
He has worked with public agencies, architects, commercial developers, and other engineering disciplines in the Houston, TX, market, including the Harris County Civil Justice Center building.

Franco holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has served on the Houston Engineering and Scientist Society Club’s Board of Directors.
