Clete Luartes Joins T&T Construction Management Group, Inc. As Executive VP of Operations
T&T Construction Management Group, Inc., a woman-owned premier concrete specialty contractor, is pleased to welcome Clete Luartes as Executive Vice President of Operations. Luartes oversees production operations, quality control, strategic planning and plays a pivotal role in driving the success of T&T Construction Management Group, Inc.’s projects. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Operations for a large premier construction and engineering company.

He is in charge of delivering innovative solutions that align with the company’s goals and collaborates closely with the firm’s C-suite regarding high-level strategic planning.
