T&T Construction Management Group Celebrates the Groundbreaking at Feed More’s Food Preparation and Distribution Facility, Project Nourish
Richmond, VA., – T&T Construction Management Group, Inc., a woman-owned premier concrete specialty contractor, is pleased to start work on Project Nourish, a food bank facility serving Central Virginia. T&T is responsible for building the turnkey structural concrete scope of work, including freezer slabs, mezzanine decks, and exterior tilt-up wall panels. The facility is owned by Feed More, a non-profit organization serving food insecure neighbors across 29 counties and five cities and providing almost 30 million meals to the community annually. The project is located at 8020 Villa Park Drive, Henrico County, VA 23228.
T&T Construction Management Group continues to serve its customers in the Mid-Atlantic region from its Raleigh office as well as providing services in the Northeast and Southeast from its other offices.

The 105,000 square foot project, designed by architecture firm Baskervill, recently broke ground on October 09, 2023; T&T Construction Management Group will provide the site with 90,000 square feet of slab on grade, 14,000 square feet of freezer slab, 49,000 square feet of tilt-up panels, 19,000 square feet of slab on metal deck and 26,000 square feet of paving.
