Philadelphia, PA / New Brunswick, N.J. – DIGroup Architecture (DIG) has inked a new lease marking the relocation of its Philadelphia office to the Budd Bioworks corporate campus at 2450 W. Hunting Park Ave., in North Philadelphia. Since 2019, DIG has maintained an office in Philadelphia to serve its ever-expanding client base across the healthcare, education, life sciences, senior living and community/civic sectors.

Established in 2006 and headquartered in New Brunswick, N.J., DIG’s axiom “Architecture for Change” expresses its inspiration to create and enhance – through its designs – the quality of life for clients and communities served.

“Since opening our first satellite office in Philadelphia, DIG has cultivated numerous valuable partnerships that allow us to live up to our client commitments as well as those we make each day as a corporate citizen of the City of Philadelphia,” said DIG President Vincent Myers. “In addition to growing DIG’s footprint, we are able to tap into and attract locally based, talented professionals who strengthen our services at the highest level throughout Greater Philadelphia.”

Myers also added, that “as we continue to grow across Philly, it is imperative for all of us at DIG to embody this commitment by creating spaces – from schools and libraries to healthcare/life sciences hubs – that have a far-reaching, positive impact AND fill a need for all residents of different ages and socioeconomic backgrounds.”

In addition to providing a more central location for DIG’s Philadelphia-based professionals, the move co-locates the firm to its Budd Bioworks corporate campus project, for which the firm has been recognized for its strategic campus planning. When completed, the multi-phase redevelopment will comprise 650,000-SF of Class-A biomanufacturing and lab space to the city’s innovative “Eds & Meds” corridor.

As a Black-owned MBE/DBE firm, DIG has achieved early success with projects for the City of Philadelphia, School District of Philadelphia, Drexel University, Cheyney University, The Enterprise Center, PIDC and at the Bellwether District through Hilco Redevelopment Partners.
