Environmental Compliance Expert, Steven vanNieuwkerk, Joins Cardno
EDMONTON, ALBERTA, Canada – Cardno, an international professional infrastructure and environmental services firm, is pleased to announce that Steven vanNieuwkerk has joined the firm as a Senior Consultant. Steven has more than 18 years of environmental program experience, specific to the oil and gas industry.
Steven has managed all environmental activities related to site decommissioning and remediation, soil and groundwater assessments, emergency spill response, regulatory compliance, and drilling waste management. He also has extensive experience working with regulators and completing stakeholder engagement activities.
Steven has overseen and managed environmental assessment/remediation projects and programs throughout western Canada, building relationships with provincial regulatory agencies.
