Water Resource Expert, Jordan Poffenberger, Joins Cardno’s Ashland, VA Office
ASHLAND, VA – Cardno, an international professional infrastructure and environmental services firm, is pleased to announce that Jordan Poffenberger has joined the firm as a Water Resource Engineer in the company’s Ashland, VA., USA, office. Jordan has experience as a design and engineering consultant in stream/river restoration and whitewater park design as well as water supply, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
Jordan has provided consulting services to local governments, engineering firms, private water companies, and agricultural entities. He has experience with open channel modeling, including HEC-RAS and physical models, and is a professional whitewater athlete.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Infrastructure from George Mason University and is a member of several professional organizations, including the Virginia Water Environment Association.
