Sean Mahoney Appointed to KMI International Board
KMI International is pleased to announce that finance industry veteran, Sean Mahoney, has been appointed to KMI International’s Board of Directors. Mr. Mahoney, who currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for RLJ Lodging Trust, joins fellow board members Debra Lupton, FAIA, former Chairman & Chief Executive at TLC Engineering Solutions; Christie Alexander, CDI.D, Commercial Real Estate Executive; Michael E. Kraus, KMI Co-Founder; and John Manning, CEO and Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Mahoney’s extensive experience includes serving as the CFO at RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) since 2018, CFO at DiamondRock Hospitality Company (NYSE: DRH) from 2009 until 2018, and within the audit practices of Arthur Andersen Ernst & Young and KPMG Ireland. He is a former Certified Public Accountant and received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Syracuse University in 1993.
