With over 20 years of experience, Jessica’s breadth of expertise—from single and multi-family residential to institutional, arts, educational, and commercial developments—is paired with high¬ quality design knowledge and experience managing complex teams, demanding clients and various agencies on complex projects from concept through construction administration. Her knowledge of high-rise towers and civic and cultural projects bolsters the experience of our DC office. DC location leader Kate Gallagher notes, “Jessica’s diverse portfolio supports numerous markets in the DC office while also bringing best practices and cutting-edge design to our clients.”

Sarvine Ashkan has thirty-five years of architectural experience in Southern California; In a leadership role, she has twenty-five years of experience working on complex, large-scale projects with an emphasis on healthcare facilities. Her passion for creating a positive impact on the community by improving the patient experience and implementing the high-quality design has led to successful projects such as Harbor UCLA and Scripps La Jolla Bed Towers.

As a healthcare principal, Sarvine will mentor and lead the Healthcare Studio while focusing on business development and client relationships.
