Join NETZSCH to discover the applications of NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pumps to water and wastewater facilities

Shape Incorporated, a distributor for NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLC, will present NETZSCH’s NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pumps at the California Water Environmental Association’s Annual Conference & Expo at Booths 823 & 825 in Sacramento on April 12th.

The NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pump is ideal for a variety of applications in the wastewater industry, as it is distinguished by its continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance of almost any process fluid without being affected by fluctuations in pressure, viscosity or solids content.

These pumps are also corrosion resistant with high-precision metering. Their flow rate is proportional to speed and the pumps have a high accuracy of up to ± 1%. They also provide stable conveying, with no shearing to medium, and are suitable for conveying medium and high viscosity materials. Further, there are no lubricants or oil in the pump that could contaminate the process fluid.

With NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pumps, quality, longevity, and robustness are inherent with the design. The pump’s elastomeric compounds are specifically blended in-house and are designed for progressing cavity pumps and have great chemical resistance and long life. Moreover, the pump can run in either direction as well as in any orientation to suit the customer’s needs. There are also a variety of metal materials and configurations, including the Full Service-in-Place (FSIP®) design made specifically to remove the rotor and stator without disconnecting the piping.

The California Water Environmental Association’s Annual Conference is committed to exploring how to protect and enhance water, which is California’s most critical resource. Visit Shape Incorporated to discover how NETZSCH’s NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pumps can help advance this mission.
