Air Quality Engineer, Tim Kelly, Joins Ashland, VA, Office
Ashland, VA – Cardno, an international infrastructure, environmental, and social development company, is pleased to announce that Tim Kelly, PhD, PE, PG, has joined the firm as a Senior Consultant based in the Ashland, Virginia, USA, office. Tim has more than 20 years of experience as a recognized specialist in environmental, civil, and geological engineering.
In his role at Cardno, Tim will deliver permitting and regulatory insight, enhance client relationships, and perform technical services related to air and groundwater modeling, air permitting and climate change/GHG impacts, hydrogeologic investigations and remediation, surface water resiliency, and sustainability services.
“Tim has a demonstrated track record managing projects for a number of industries, including power, solid waste, manufacturing, and oil and gas,” said Cardno Senior Project Manager John Voorhees. “He is a recognized expert in air quality and has assisted clients in evaluating industrial sources using EPA-approved air dispersion models.”
Tim is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Tennessee, Missouri, and Florida and a licensed Professional Geologist in Virginia. He received his doctorate in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Florida State University.
