Leading Engineering and Design Firm Stantec Consolidates Three Salt Lake City Offices
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, NYSE, TSX:STN- Stantec, a global engineering, architecture, and consulting firm is consolidating Salt Lake City area employees from three offices into one existing location at 2890 East Cottonwood Parkway in Salt Lake City. Team members from the firm’s Water, Mining, Environmental Services, and Community Development business lines will occupy approximately 20,000 square feet in Suite 300.
Located at the entrance of several of the most famous ski resorts in the world, the Salt Lake City office sits at the corner of the 215 Belt Route and Big Cottonwood Road in the Cottonwood Heights area. By incorporating an adjacent suite and through tenant improvements and buildouts, Stantec has repurposed the space to accommodate all staff moving to the location, while planning for future growth.

Upgrades to the suite include the addition of a wellness room to give staff a place for decompression and mindfulness. The space includes a variety of features to better facilitate teamwork and collaboration, helping team members serve clients with a full suite of complementary professional services from one location. The office offers collaboration spaces, quiet areas for individual work, outside views, natural light, and sit-to-stand desks.
The building property offers tenants a cafeteria, fitness center, large meeting rooms, and walking paths around the building and business park to encourage healthy habits. The property is seeking LEED targets and is making efforts to minimize its carbon footprint.
