Gannett Fleming Names 2018 Stockholders

(Harrisburg, Pa.) Gannett Fleming names Andrew Gillespie, PE, PEng; Teresa Peterson PE, CME, LEED AP O+M, ENV SP; Eric Rensel; and Terry Snow, PE, as stockholders of the firm.

These recognized firm leaders drive innovation and strengthen client relationships. They also advance the culture of opportunity and empowerment within the firm through their demonstrated leadership, integrity, and commitment to Gannett Fleming’s corporate values.

Gillespie brings more than 25 years of experience to his roles as a vice president and Transit & Rail Systems project director based in the firm’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office. He is responsible for setup, organization, and oversight of project management, development, and engineering, as well as overall delivery of complex transit and rail systems projects. He earned his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Northeastern University.

Peterson is a facilities area manager responsible for the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing practices in the northeast. She is the Northeast regional director of sustainability and was a founding member of Future Generations at Gannett Fleming. Based out of the firm’s Marlton, New Jersey, office, she brings more than 15 years of experience successfully delivering projects to our private and public clients in the facilities, transportation, power, and water utility markets. Peterson earned her Bachelor of Science in systems science and engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Rensel is a vice president based in the firm’s corporate headquarters in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He started with the firm more than 20 years ago as an intern and specializes in traffic incident management and intelligent transportation systems strategies with a focus on roadway operational efficiency and safety. Rensel leads the firm’s connected and automated vehicle (CAV) working group, which informs clients on how CAV will impact the transportation industry, and also works to advance Gannett Fleming’s smart cities capabilities. Rensel earned his Bachelor of Science in structural design and construction engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Snow is a vice president, North Carolina area transportation manager, and office principal based in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is responsible for strategic growth, business and proposal development, client service, financial performance, and project oversight for transportation planning and design projects. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the industry and routinely testifies as an expert witness at planning, zoning, and public hearings. He serves in thought leadership roles with the Hardscrabble Plantation Board of Directors, American Society of Highway Engineers 2020 National Conference, and North Carolina Section Institute of Transportation Engineers Strategic Initiatives Council.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from North Carolina State University.
