Global Water Treatment Leader Kinetico Acquires Nimbus Water Systems
NEWBURY, Ohio — Kinetico Incorporated, a global leader in the water treatment industry, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Nimbus Water Systems, a Southern California-based manufacturer of high-quality commercial and residential water treatment products. The strategic purchase combines Kinetico’s best-in-class water softening and purification products with innovative water filtration and media technologies from the company’s 2016 acquisition of Selecto, and Nimbus’ high efficiency reverse osmosis (R.O.) systems. Nimbus will be a wholly-owned subsidiary strengthening Kinetico’s position as the provider of choice for total water care.
