Project Information/Details: The newest addition to the MGM Resorts International portfolio, the landmark MGM National Harbor—featuring 1 million square feet of gaming, lodging, entertaining, dining, retail and parking space—is a showcase for sustainability on the eastern shore of the Potomac River, just south of Washington, DC. Every element throughout the 24-story mixed-use development was designed with sustainability in mind, including extensive use of natural light, LED lighting and water-saving features, such as the 750,000-gallon cistern that will collect rainwater.

Project Name: Ester Simplot Water Park

Company Name: Oldcastle Precast

Project Location: Boise, Idaho United States

Project Information/Details: The beginning of 2016 saw the conclusion of an Oldcastle Precast project to design, detail, manufacture, and supply bridge components, decorative signs, multiple stormwater drainage products, and parking bumpers for Boise, Idaho’s newest and most spectacular city park, Ester Simplot Park. For main contractor, McMillen-Jacobs, Oldcastle Precast – Nampa, Idaho supplied six precast concrete, arched bridge fascia panels, twelve bridge column pier caps, nine park signs, various catch basins and manholes for stormwater drainage, box culverts for water conveyance, and numerous parking bumpers.

Project Information/Details: The Union Station to Oak Cliff Dallas Streetcar TIGER Project is Texas’ first modern streetcar system. The project is a collaborative endeavor between the City of Dallas, North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) and the U.S. Federal Transit Authority (FTA).
