ARLINGTON, Va. — Woolpert has hired Project Manager Dianne Bradshaw as a member of its Strategic Consulting Group, specializing in asset management and condition assessment. Bradshaw has more than 15 years of experience leading engineers and technicians, managing condition assessment and facility management programs, and implementing infrastructure and asset management programs for federal, state and local organizations.

Bradshaw said she was drawn to this position at Woolpert due to the company’s size and geospatial resume, as well as how its niche in the marketplace aligned with her consulting clients.

“At Woolpert, there is a flexibility in getting work accomplished, and I am able to focus on the needs of my clients, making for an extremely productive environment,” Bradshaw said. “Even in the short time I’ve been here, I’ve managed to accomplish requirements right off the bat, while being approximately 50 times more productive than I was previously.”

Bradshaw, a University of Central Missouri graduate who will work out of the firm’s Arlington, Va., office, worked with Woolpert Vice President and Strategic Consulting Group Managing Director Eric Dillinger for many years at Carter and Burgess and Jacobs.

“I have learned a ton from Eric about asset management and was part of developing an asset management program from the ground up with the (U.S. Department of the Interior) Bureau of Land Management, which Eric had as a core client before I started,” Bradshaw said. “This program has developed into several strategic opportunities for our client over several years and keeps growing. I plan to bring my corporate knowledge and development of asset management to Woolpert through my diverse experience with multiple federal, military, university and corporate clients.”

She added that she plans to help Woolpert fully understand the global process of strategic consulting and how it can be used to assist clients in managing vertical and linear assets through the life-cycle process, from conception to divestiture.

“Woolpert is on the forefront of geospatial technologies, and strategic consulting will catapult the firm further in the asset management marketplace,” Bradshaw said. “It’s the people that make a firm successful, and how we all work together determines if our clients are successful. Given the wonderful, helpful staff members I’ve met and started working with here at Woolpert, I have no doubt that we will all reap rewards from this confluence.”
