Amtrak has chosen a Chicago development firm to lead a more than 3 million-square-foot real estate redevelopment of Union Station and surrounding land, a project expected to take about six years to complete and cost more than $1 billion. M.A. Mortenson Co. will build a $1.9 billion football stadium in Las Vegas for the Raiders, who are moving from Oakland.
