The FoamTrooper™ Fire Fighting Foam Containment System provides automatic management of AFFF wastewater generated during fire events, testing, or accidental discharge. When activated by the facility’s fire alarm system, the system redirects all wastewater and foam to a dedicated containment tank through a three‑way diversion valve, ensuring AFFF does not enter public sewer systems. During normal operation, wastewater flows to an oil‑water separator for treatment; during foam release, the system shifts instantly into containment mode until the foam‑laden wastewater can be properly removed.

FoamTrooper™ is available in leakproof precast concrete, fiberglass, and stainless steel models with capacities up to 50,000 gallons, offering single or multiple tank configurations. The system is compatible with oil-water separators and various pump styles, and includes automatic controls to monitor level and temperature. Pre‑packaged and pre‑engineered with CAD files and specifications, the system simplifies installation for design‑build teams and is ideal for airports, military bases, industrial facilities, fire departments, and oil and gas operations.
