SCDOT is seeing significant safety improvements along U.S. 521 in Lancaster County after the completion of a Rural Road Safety Project spanning from Arrowood Avenue all the way to Walnut Creek Parkway. Construction wrapped up in 2020, and after five years of data collection, the results show meaningful progress.
