Skanska has divested Vallastadens school in Linköping, Sweden, for SEK 200M. The buyer is Vacse AB, pension funds formed by seven major Swedish companies; Atlas Copco, Pharmacy Company, Ericsson, Sandvik, Skanska, Stora Enso and Volvo.
