A ribbon-cutting was held Saturday morning, May 30th, at Beem Light Sauna, 282 South Avenue, Fanwood, an infrared sauna, and red-light therapy studio. Owners Kara and Ron Shovlin and staff were joined by Ryan Teicher and Joe Orsita of REDCOM, Fanwood Councilwoman Erin McElroy Barker and Gina Berry, Economic Development Director Liz Jeffery, and Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Faith Delaney and Board of Directors President Jim Mooney.

Westfield, NJ — REDCOM Design & Construction is pleased to have joined the Beem® Light Sauna ribbon cutting ceremony in celebration of the opening of a premium wellness facility. Beem® Light Sauna is located at 282 South Avenue, Suite 103 in Fanwood, NJ.

REDCOM’s team provided construction management services and final delivery of the space, helping to bring the project across the finish line. The work began in fall 2025 and was completed in May 2026. REDCOM completed the project while maintaining schedule, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and coordinating effectively with design and engineering teams to deliver the wellness facility to the Fanwood community.
