They discussed Fathom’s Flood Risk Index and how it helps engineers create more-resilient infrastructure as well as how the model's "engineer created and focused" model differs from the traditional flood maps created primarily by hydrologists.

They also discuss how inland areas have at least as much risk of flooding as coastal areas due to climate change.
