CHICAGO, June 3, 2026 – The Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) has hired Cheryl Rishcoff as PCI’s new senior engineer, technical activities. In this role, Rishcoff will provide technical leadership and project management for PCI technical initiatives that develop, maintain, and disseminate the PCI Body of Knowledge, including support for publications, technical sessions, and research programs.
Rishcoff most recently worked at TRC Worldwide Engineering Inc. in Allentown, Pa., where she served as structural engineering manager. Her experience includes managing structural engineering projects involving precast concrete parking structures, schools, stadiums, wall panel systems, and architectural cladding. She previously held engineering positions with Pennoni Associates Inc. in Bethlehem, Pa., and Base Engineering Inc. in Allentown.
Rishcoff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil and environmental engineering from Lafayette College. She is a licensed professional engineer in nine states and is a fellow of both PCI and the Structural Engineering Institute.
