Industry veteran takes on leadership role in company’s Fabrication Group
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (May 19, 2026) – Lexicon, Inc. has hired Joe Lehmkuhl as vice president of sub-fabrication. In this role, he will lead strategic planning, process optimization and client relationship management for Lexicon’s Fabrication Group as the company continues its growth as a leading steel fabricator. Lehmkuhl previously worked at Lexicon from 2004 to 2007 as a sub-fabrication manager for Prospect Steel.

Prior to re-joining Lexicon, Lehmkuhl served for almost two decades as vice president of sub-fabrication at Schuff Steel in Phoenix and spent six years at Havens Steel Company in Kansas City, Mo. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus in International Marketing from Kansas State University.
