CHICAGO (July 7, 2026) – Atlas Tube, a Zekelman company, today announced that discussions with Maruichi USA regarding a potential joint venture have ceased. On June 3, 2026, the two companies announced they had entered into an agreement to explore a joint venture that would combine their operations under Atlas Tube's management.

Those discussions have now ended, and no joint venture will be pursued at this time. No further information will be provided.
