Jovicic is a design-led strategist and seasoned practice leader shaping forward-thinking healthcare environments across complex global projects

AUSTIN, TX — Arcadis, a global leader in sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy for natural and built environments, has appointed Srdj Jovicic as Principal and Global Lead for Healthcare Advisory. Jovicic brings nearly two decades of experience leading healthcare-focused concept design, design management, and strategic planning across complex international projects, spanning healthcare systems, medical centers, and multidisciplinary design initiatives.

A design-led strategist and seasoned practice leader, Jovicic is recognized for shaping forward-thinking healthcare environments while aligning teams, stakeholders, and long-term vision across complex global projects. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving market strategy and early-stage client engagement while growing the consulting practice and elevating the brand, in alignment with the digital healthcare team. He will also work on building and mentoring high-performing teams across regions and partner with senior leaders to address complex planning and delivery challenges.

Jovicic previously led the Healthcare Practice at DAR Engineering Consultants, shaping the department’s strategy and operations, and most recently held a leadership role in the Saudi Ministry of Health Strategic Planning Department, overseeing a five-year portfolio. He also served at Philips Strategic Design Consulting as Middle East Design Lead in Dubai and Senior Creative Lead in the Netherlands, working with hospitals and health systems to enhance care efficiency and patient experience. Building on Arcadis’ global healthcare portfolio, including Hillingdon Hospital in North West London, the Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project in Nova Scotia, and the recent win of the Palm Beach Behavioral Health Coordinated Care Centre in Florida, Jovicic will continue working with the healthcare team to drive market strategy, strengthen engagement, and elevate the Arcadis brand.
