An Alliance of Laing O’Rourke, Fulton Hogan and Jacobs has been awarded a multi-million dollar contract to remove the dangerous and congested level crossing on Lower Plenty Road, rebuild Rosanna Station and duplicate the Hurstbridge line in Victoria.
