LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Lexicon, Inc. project administrator Magen Schlesier has been named Woman of the Year for the Greater Little Rock chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). The chapter recognized Schlesier at its monthly meeting during Women in Construction week (March 3-9).

As project administrator at Lexicon, Schleiser provides administrative and logistical support to the construction project management team, and she advises on the most effective and efficient use of resources. Schlesier holds a degree in construction management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In addition to serving as a member of NAWIC, she is an active member of the Associated General Contractors and Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build program.

“Receiving the NAWIC Woman of the Year award for Arkansas is truly an incredible honor and a testament to the hard work and dedication of women in the construction industry,” Schlesier said. “I am deeply humbled and grateful for this recognition.”
