DENVER, COLO. — Forte Commercial Real Estate today announced the appointment of Irving Macias to co-lead the company’s new Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) practice. Forte CRE is a Denver-based corporate and nonprofit advisory firm that supports client real estate needs through a mission-centric and sector-focused approach.

“Adding a dedicated and focused Architecture, Engineering and Construction practice is a natural next step for Forte CRE, as we have a passion for the industry and have had more than 30 transactions in this space already,” said Dustin Whistler, Principal of Forte CRE. “We are thrilled that Irving will lead this practice, as he is a seasoned professional with a plethora of experience in helping organizations navigate real estate solutions that are data-driven to ensure they get the best deal and wrap around full skill sets. We also look forward to his knowledge and commitment to expanding all our practices into northern Colorado.”

Macias has been a licensed real estate broker since 2014 and has been directly involved in his own real estate investments since 2008. Prior to starting his real estate career, he was a licensed contractor in Las Vegas, NV, where he led day-to-day operations, estimating and bidding, and management for his own flooring company. Macias is actively involved in local area business chambers, as well as the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from UNLV, and a master’s degree in real estate from Georgetown University.

“Whether you are an architecture firm, GC, subcontractor, engineering firm, supply company or a components manufacturer you need a commercial real estate partner that understands the ups and downs of the industry, and also has a strategy for managing them in your real estate transaction,” said Irving Macias. “I am pleased to be joining forces with Forte CRE, which is a leader in offering full solutions to help organizations align their real estate goals to their missions.”

Forte CRE’s AEC offerings will include Lease Transactions, Renewal Negotiations, Sublease Transactions, Purchase, Sell, Project Management, Consulting and Portfolio Solutions.

“When you partner with Forte, our competencies complement your competencies to provide vision, generate leverage, and deliver a full solution.” said Whistler. “By doing up front planning and offering a full solution, we reduce risk and provide consistent, reliable execution nationally.”
