Steel Fabricators of Monroe Welcomes Hale as Project Coordinator
MONROE, La. – Steel Fabricators of Monroe (SFM), a Lexicon, Inc. company, has added Jake Hale as project coordinator. Hale will utilize his coordination, communication and management skills to deliver the highest level of service to the company’s clients.
“As a recent graduate, Jake is a shining example of the next generation of constructors who will carry our industry forward,” said Joe Tannehill, executive vice president of SFM. “It’s been exciting to watch him advance from an intern to his new full-time role, and I look forward to seeing the impact he will make with our client’s future projects.”
Hale joined SFM as an intern in February 2021. He graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe with a bachelor’s degree in construction management and received his certification as an associate constructor through the American Institute of Constructors. As a student, he was a member of the Construction Management Student Association, where he participated in various projects within the community.
