Soil Connect to Establish Digital Storefronts in Partnership with Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis and Local Construction Materials Suppliers

NEW YORK – Soil Connect today announced that it is rolling out a QuickStart program to partner with local construction material suppliers in the Indianapolis area – including quarries, concrete recycling facilities, landscape material suppliers, asphalt and concrete plants, and sand and gravel locations.  These digital storefronts provide local material suppliers with a means to sell their products directly to the platform’s growing user base of construction professionals.

Soil Connect is launching the program in the Indianapolis region before rolling it out to markets across the U.S.  As the exclusive dirt & aggregates resource for the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI), the Soil Connect Marketplace will be embedded onto the BAGI website, enabling their 500-plus members to find and move materials seamlessly.  As part of the launch events, Soil Connect will host BAGI Brew Night on July 27.

“We’re thrilled to participate in this event, and to introduce the Soil Connect Marketplace to our members,” said BAGI CEO Steve Lains.  “The platform helps members enhance their efficiency and find materials closer to where they are needed.  Members are facing unprecedented labor shortages and getting pinched by rising gas prices, so more efficient sourcing of materials will help their production schedules and their bottom lines.”

“Indianapolis is a great place to launch this initiative because there is such a robust construction economy that can benefit from it,” said Soil Connect Founder and CEO Cliff Fetner.  “By claiming their Soil Connect digital storefronts, suppliers benefit from increased exposure, while users benefit by finding materials closer to where they are needed.   This immediate, hassle-free access to our rapidly growing community of construction professionals gives suppliers a more efficient way to move product, while providing added supply liquidity to our platform to drive increased transaction volume – it’s truly a win-win for all stakeholders.”

In addition to its digital storefront program, Soil Connect continues to invest in and enhance its technology to advance its mission to be a full-stack, end-to-end solution for the construction industry. Most recently, the platform built a new tech stack to support its marketplace, allowing Soil Connect to introduce new services and features to its community, including the ability to triangulate and secure transport for materials within the app, as well as enhancing its Daily Dig job site monitoring service.  For more information on the Soil Connect digital marketplace, visit www.soilconnect.com.
