ASCE Manual of Practice 152 Provides New Guidance for Surveying and Geomatics Engineering

Reston, Va. – ASCE’s latest Manual of Practice, Surveying and Geomatics Engineering: Principles, Technologies, and Applications, MOP 152, provides the latest information for the modern practice of surveying and geomatics engineering. This new publication will aid practicing engineers performing surveying engineering and serves as a general overview for supporting education. Topics covered in this manual range from the fundamentals of geodesy, coordinate systems, least-squares adjustments, and error propagation through the latest innovations in satellite, terrestrial, mobile, and airborne technologies.
