Baton Rouge to Launch a Community Mapping Site
Baton Rouge is set this week to launch a new high-tech community mapping tool, providing the public easier access to data ranging from locations of public services, including libraries and bus stops, to area demographics.
The City Key website, which will be launched Wednesday, was developed by the Mayor’s Healthy City Initiative, the East Baton Rouge Parish Library, East Baton Rouge Planning Commission, Mayor’s Office of Neighborhoods and Louisiana Public Health Institute, with assistance from sponsors.
