Lexicon Welcomes Caitlin Carty as Division HR Manager
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Arkansas-based Lexicon Inc. has added Caitlin Carty as HR manager. Based at the company’s headquarters in Little Rock, Carty will specialize in talent acquisition for the fabrication division.

Before joining Lexicon, Carty specialized in healthcare HR, working at local medical providers, including Pediatrics Plus, EngageMED Inc. and Arkansas Urology. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in multi/interdisciplinary studies from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Ark.
