He will collaborate with other WSP business sectors, as well as with regional and national leadership, to position the firm as a preferred and trusted choice for transportation projects.

“Few can match the experience and sustained success that Chris has had throughout his career advancing toll collection technology and intelligent transportation systems,” said Patrick McGowan, WSP national mobility operations director. “This is an extremely important time for mobility operations across the U.S. and for WSP, and we are honored to be able to have someone of his skill and commitment join us to serve our clients and help them solve their challenges to create robust, efficient and innovative transportation systems.”
