Public Involvement Experts Join Solana Beach, CA, Office
Solana Beach, CA – Cardno, now Stantec is pleased to announce that Tania Fragomeno has joined the firm as a Public Involvement Manager based in the Solana Beach, CA, USA, office. In addition, Torrey Webb has joined the firm as a Public Involvement Specialist, also out of the company’s Solana Beach office.
Tania has more than 17 years of experience performing public outreach for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), remediation, and civic issues with a special focus on military and other public agency clients. Torrey has nearly 20 years of experience in public affairs and public information communications support for sectors including water and healthcare.
In their roles they will lead and support teams in planning, facilitating, and managing public involvement programs to support projects and initiatives. This includes a variety of planning, consultation, and stakeholder engagement communication services related to NEPA, environmental public health and remediation, sustainability, and land use planning.

Some recent examples of the firm’s public involvement projects include efforts in public outreach for the proposed beddown of the F-35A aircraft and additional outreach in support of an environmental assessment for an ecological restoration project at Ackerson Meadow in Yosemite National Park.
