Skanska has signed a contract with Stavanger Municipality for the construction of a new municipal town center for the Storhaug district in Stavanger, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 750M, about SEK 775M, which will be included in the Nordic bookings for the first quarter of 2022.

The project is named the Lervik Quarter and will be a new meeting place for the Storhaug district in Stavanger.
