Elroy L. Pierre to Strengthen CNY Group’s Responsive Construction Practices Through Leadership and Collaboration 

New York, NY — New York City-based construction and development services firm CNY Group today announces the hire of Elroy L. Pierre as Project Executive. Mr. Pierre’s addition to the growing team underscores CNY Group’s ongoing commitment to providing its clients with an unmatched quality of service and tailored, value-engineered building strategies through its exceptional talent.

In his new role, Mr. Pierre will work closely with developers, architects, and designers –– bringing their blueprints to life through accessible and quality services that include value engineering, specialty supervision, project management, design-assist, technical engineering, global sourcing in an open-shop contracting method. Specializing in residential projects, the City College of New York graduate will work on affordable, market-rate housing, and luxury communities across the tri-state area. Leveraging past experience with historic buildings, a key initiative for Mr. Pierre will be ensuring that CNY Group’s contribution maintains the highest professional standards, remains resilient in the face of vast change, and captures the dynamism of the communities themselves –– accomplished through a deep understanding of each client’s objectives and every architect’s design vision.

In addition to his expertise in the construction trade, Mr. Pierre will play an integral role in developing the next generation of talent at CNY Group. In an era of remote work, Mr. Pierre believes that collaboration and mentorship are still some of the most important qualities needed at a construction site. He is eager to identify new and innovative approaches to building the strongest team possible to deliver for CNY Group’s broad range of clients, including that of his current mixed-use development project on the New Jersey waterfront.
