“We are pleased to welcome Cynthia and Sonny to the MdeAS team,” said Dan Shannon, Managing Partner, MdeAS. “Their expertise in commercial design and architecture will benefit the entire firm as we continue to work on major projects for several of New York City’s top real estate owners and developers.  As our clients look ahead to a post-pandemic recovery and focus on enhancing the tenant experience, the addition of these new members further enhances our ability to meet our client’s unique requirements.”

Cynthia Fels Price has more than a decade of experience transforming innovative ideas into built realties at commercial properties across the Tri-State area, making quality spaces for people that improve their everyday experience of the built environment. Cynthia was the lead client contact, directing and performing design change development and coordination, and working as the lead for the CA of Amenity fit-up scope. She also previously spent four years at METHOD Architects as a project manager and lead designer for retail, food service, and commercial interiors projects.

Among her many attributes, Sonny can translate her clients’ real estate requirements into architectural solutions that feature great designs and shape the overall built environment.

Sonny is a Registered Architect in New York and a LEED Accredited Professional, as well as a member of the American Institute of Architects and the U.S. Green Building Council.
