Skanska signs lease with Telia for their Danish headquarter in the office building Nest45 in Copenhagen, Denmark

Skanska has signed an 8-year lease agreement with Telia for approximately 6,000 square meters in the Nest45 office building in Ørestad City, Copenhagen, Denmark. With this lease the building is now about 90 percent occupied.

Telia will move into its new premises in November 2022. The office building is located 50 meters from the nearest metro station and is within cycling distance of Copenhagen. The lease covers approximately 6,000 square meters office and additional 140 underground parking spaces.

The project which is under construction is planned for completion during autumn 2022 and will be environmentally certified according to DGNB gold.

Within the building, Ibis Styles has previously rented space for a hotel comprising 186 rooms. In the adjacent building, which also was developed by Skanska in the first phase of the project, Sweco Danmark rents premises for its head office.
