Crescent Communities Closes Sale of Stateline Logistics Center

GID Industrial purchases 104,000 square foot industrial building in Fort Mill, S.C.

Charlotte, N.C. – On June 17th, Crescent Communities, a nationally-recognized, market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use communities successfully closed the sale of Stateline Logistics Center, a shallow bay industrial building in Fort Mill, South Carolina, just outside of Charlotte, NC. The building was purchased by GID Industrial, a privately held industrial real estate platform that develops, owns, and operates a premier portfolio of industrial assets located throughout the country.

Developed by Crescent Communities, Stateline Logistics Center completed construction in August 2020 and is partially leased to STIWA US Inc. and 3D Digital Solutions. Leasing efforts will continue to be provided by Cushman & Wakefield.

Located at 145 Steele Point Drive in Lakemont Business Park along I-77, Stateline Logistics Center provides ideal access to I-77, I-485, and Charlotte Douglas International Airport. 

Stateline Logistics Center was designed by Merriman Schmitt Architects and Oak Engineering and the general contractor was Intercon Building Corp.
