PITTSBURGH, PA, NYSE, TSX:STN: Leading global design firm Stantec has welcomed Brad Davis to its Community Development team as a Senior Associate. Based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, Davis brings over 30 years of experience in largescale site and land development projects throughout Western Pennsylvania.

In his role at Stantec, Davis will focus on advancing the strategic growth of the Community Development team in the region while advising on existing site/civil engineering projects. His responsibilities include business development in support of the group’s objectives, client relationship management, project support, and team development in the region.

“As we see growing demand and opportunity for site/civil engineering services in Western Pennsylvania, Brad brings an ideal mix of technical know-how, proven success managing major projects, and a track record of developing lasting client relationships,” said Clif Quay, Stantec Vice President, Regional Business Leader for Community Development in the US Northeast. “I am confident that his skills and market knowledge will help our team advance toward strategic objectives.”

Davis joins Stantec with extensive expertise in a range of site and land development projects. His experience includes the oversight and/or design of complex projects such as infrastructure for Southpointe II, a 225-acre mixed-use development in Cecil Township, Pennsylvania; Clinton and Cherrington Commerce Parks, 600-acre sites adjacent to Pittsburgh International Airport; the Carrie Furnace Redevelopment, a 100-acre brownfield site in Swissvale/Rankin, Pennsylvania; infrastructure for Heinz Field Stadium in Pittsburgh; and the Three Rivers Stadium demolition in Pittsburgh.

Most recently, Davis was the program manager for the Pittsburgh International Airport Terminal Modernization Program overseeing stormwater management, site electrical, and scanning of the existing terminal and multimodal tunnel systems.

Davis is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering. He is also active in the industry as a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers (PSPE). He will be installed as President of the Beaver County Chapter PSPE in September 2020.
