Environmental Compliance Expert, Adam Cleary, Joins Cardno’s Walnut Creek Office
WALNUT CREEK, CA – Cardno, an international professional infrastructure and environmental services firm, is pleased to announce that Adam Cleary has joined the firm as a Senior Consultant in the company’s Walnut Creek, CA., USA, office. Adam has more than 15 years of environmental program experience, which includes work for large utilities in the power generation, gas transmission, and electric transmission sectors.
Adam’s previous experience includes managing teams overseeing the environmental compliance and permitting for large utility projects. He is experienced collaborating with environmental nongovernmental agencies, state and federal regulators, and providing stakeholder communications to all affected parties.
Adam has experience in the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) regulations and the utility project requirements under the Clean Water Act, state and federal Endangered Species Act, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and the California Public Utilities Commission. He is an experienced people leader, having managed large teams of environmental professionals.
