Molly Johnson joins DLR Group as Chief Human Resources Officer

MINNEAPOLIS — DLR Group today announced that Molly Johnson has joined DLR Group in the role of Chief Human Resources Officer. She joins the firm as a principal and will be a member of DLR Group’s executive leadership team.

As CHRO, Johnson will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives and outcomes with DLR Group’s business strategies and goals. She will work with firm leadership to improve hiring practices and evolve retention strategies to benefit DLR Group’s 1,200 employees around the globe.

Johnson brings a depth of experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policy and compliance to DLR Group. She was previously with Prime Therapeutics where she led talent acquisition and managed initiatives for compliance; equity, diversity, and inclusion; and other HR functions. Johnson also led talent management including recruiting, training and development, and engagement programs at Starkey Hearing Technologies.
