Water Management Product Offering Expands with Torrent Resources, Inc. Acquisition

ATLANTA, Ga. – Oldcastle Infrastructure™, A CRH Company, has acquired Torrent Resources, Inc. a full-service stormwater solutions provider, based in Phoenix, AZ.

Since 1972, Torrent has specialized in the construction of two stormwater infiltration systems designed for the pretreatment and recharge of excess surface water, the MaxWell® IV and the MaxWell® Plus drywell systems for deep infiltration. This new partnership builds on existing community and business relationships, while affording customers the benefits of an expanded product portfolio and capabilities.
