Stateline Logistics Center is located within Lakemont East Business Park at the corner of Lakemont Blvd. and Steele Point Dr. and offers immediate access to both Interstates 77 and 485 with direct visibility to I-77.  Lakemont East Business Park is a 1.15M square foot master-planned development located in Fort Mill, SC near restaurants, entertainment and services.

“We see Stateline Logistics Center serving the strong demand for shallow bay flex space in this important submarket of Charlotte,” said Sagar Rathie, Vice President with the Commercial business for Crescent Communities.  “Stateline Logistics Center will appeal to tenants in need of larger, flex commercial buildouts with direct connectivity to their warehouse, distribution, and/or light manufacturing operations.”

To date, Crescent Communities has developed over 5 million square feet of industrial space in this submarket.  Stateline Logistics Center will represent the third industrial building currently in development by Crescent Communities in the Lakemont Business Park and is anticipated to deliver in Q2 2020.

Crescent Communities has awarded the leasing assignment for Stateline Logistics Center to Charlie Ripple with Cushman & Wakefield.  The general contractor is InterCon Building Company.  Merriman Schmitt Architects will serve as the architecture firm for the project.
