ATLANTA, Ga. – Oldcastle Infrastructure has acquired Primex Technologies Inc. Primex is a leading manufacturer of premium engineered plastic enclosures located in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. Since 1971, Primex has been providing enclosures to customers in the communications segments across North America. Primex has achieved more than one million installations through a combination of superior customer service and great product innovations. The acquisition of Primex expands our product line offering and enhances our service to the communications market.
