Zachman Named Corporate Business Development Director
(Harrisburg, Pa.) Drawn by Gannett Fleming’s innovative and inclusive culture, Shawna Zachman has joined the firm as its first corporate business development director.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Zachman most recently led business development, marketing, and creative services support for the water and program management business lines at Stantec, a global infrastructure firm with more than 22,000 employees. Focused on organic growth, Zachman specialized in capturing new contracts that would not only build backlog but continue to advance the iconic brand. Over the course of her career, she has worked in the transportation, earth sciences, oil and gas, power, and water sectors. She is passionate about business development framework and leading creative teams.

Zachman earned her Bachelor of Arts in mass communications from the University of Northern Colorado, where she has returned to speak on panels about marketing and communications. She has spoken at International Women’s Day panels for both MWH and Stantec. Zachman also is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
