Expanded Storm Water Offering with Suntree Technologies Acquisition
ATLANTA, Ga. (March 7, 2019) – Oldcastle Infrastructure™ is part of the Building Products division of CRH, the largest building materials company in North America. Oldcastle Infrastructure has acquired Suntree Technologies®, a leading manufacturer of high-performance storm water treatment products based in Cocoa, Florida.
The acquisition augments Oldcastle Infrastructure’s line of storm water conveyance, storage and treatment solutions. “We’re excited to welcome Suntree’s employees and customers to the Oldcastle Infrastructure family,” said Matt Clemson, General Manager of Oldcastle Infrastructure’s storm water business. “With more than 25 years of manufacturing and engineering excellence, Suntree’s storm water treatment products complement our existing offering very well.
