Silver Bullet Water Treatment Appoints Brad Walsh as CEO and President

GOLDEN, Colo.- Silver Bullet Water Treatment, LLC (“Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has chosen Bradley “Brad” Walsh as the organization’s chief executive officer and board member.  Brad, who previously served as Silver Bullet’s chief operating officer and chief financial officer has been an enthusiastic and well trusted leader within Silver Bullet since he joined the Company.

Brad is a senior executive with verifiable success achieving revenue, profit, and business growth objectives in start-up, turnaround, and rapid-change environments. Brad has extensive experience with highly engineered systems, which require deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple markets and industries. His success building relationships with upper-level decision makers, seizing control of critical problem areas, and delivering on customer commitments also was a key driver behind his appointment as CEO.

Brad characterizes his leadership philosophy as customer focused and performance-driven. Strong strategic leadership, resource alignment, and extensive knowledge in both domestic and international economic markets are Brad’s keys to long-term success.

Since taking the reins of Silver Bullet, Brad has reinvigorated the Company through multiple initiatives. Among others, he has expedited completion of various design changes such as intelligent pH control, remote monitoring, automated dosing and oxidant testing systems. Using his financial expertise Brad has reduced expenses, revised the Company’s pricing structure to make its systems more affordable and competitive, and introduced a direct sales option to complement existing lease model to better serve customers and dealers.

Brad holds a BS in Accounting from La Salle University. Brad joined Silver Bullet Water Treatment in January 2016. He started his distinguished corporate career in 1993 and has worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies. He serves on several organizational Boards of Directors, including: Clear Comfort Water; a Denver-based charter school; and the Silver Bullet Board as the Management Representative. Brad grew up outside Philadelphia, PA and has 2 children.
