(Los Angeles, CA) — Verono Homes, the Los Angeles real estate developer bringing thoughtfully designed homes within reach for first-time home buyers, is expanding its LA-based portfolio with its 56th residential project. The North Hollywood development, Outline at NoHo, is a collection of 27 single-family homes that are turn-key, high touch design at attainable prices, starting in the high $600,000. To celebrate the ground break in this new market for Verono, on Saturday, March 23rd, they hosted a neighborhood block party.

“Being a native Angeleno, I know that homeownership in Los Angeles is becoming increasingly out of reach for first time buyers, with affordable, high-quality homes in extremely limited supply,” said Andrew Raitt, CEO of Verono Homes. “With Outline at NoHo we’re making it possible for a greater share by bringing modern design, build quality and community to a deserving segment of the market.”

Outline at NoHo’s 27 single family homes will all feature 3 bedrooms, 2.5-3.5 baths, a two car garage and a rooftop deck. Developed to meet the needs of modern families, the homes are built with multi-purpose use in mind, featuring three floors that can be used as office space, a roommate solution or for multigenerational family living needs.  The property is located two miles from the well-known NoHo Arts district, with easy access to three major freeways and only a few miles from the Burbank Airport.

First phase sales will begin in late Spring 2019 and the first model home is set to be completed in June 2019 with delivery of all units in January 2020.  Verono Homes is investing into the community by focusing on an on-going series of events including rooftop yoga, pop-up “farmers markets” and a Renters Anonymous financial workshop.

Verono Homes, hired beloved local artist, Lilo on Paper, to transform the 200 foot construction site wall facing Victory Blvd., into street art in her signature outline style rather than using the visible wall for self-serving ads. The Burbank Academy of Music provided live performances from young musicians, Katie Ruth Harms of  Lonely Girl Music and Daniel Singhanate.  The event featured free bites from historic and local restaurants such as Lilit Bakery, Lote Locos and the original North Hollywood coffee purveyor, GroundWorks.

About Andrew Raitt

After a successful sales career at IBM, Andrew Raitt, Founder and CEO of Verono Homes, sought to enrich his life (and the lives of other Angelenos) by evolving the way the city’s residents interact with the landscape, unique neighborhoods, and their own homes.
